MyAppConverter Public Beta Day 2
We got all excited yesterday! As you know, we opened our public beta iOS to Android code conversion service. From opening the platform early in the morning, we saw a massive spike from Asia and Europe and then moving slowly towards USA, the demand was kept at the same level!
Big thank you to everyone who has used the mobile application converter and who gave us ome useful feedback in the forum. We are taking into account all of your suggestions to improve the platform.
If you have not used the platform yet, here’s a short recap below of some useful tips for a successful conversion:
The name of the compressed file should be the same as the iOS project
Please make sure your iOS code successfully compiles before you submit for conversion on the Xcode platform
The uploaded project should contain all third party frameworks and libraries used in your code (e.g., Facebook SDK, twitter,…)
It may take some time for the conversion analysis phase to complete, so please be patient until this process finishes, and move to the next step.
The overall compressed uploaded iOS project size should not exceed 20 MB including any media files, etc…
Currently, we support a limited set of frameworks but we are continuously increasing our coverage.
Remember it’s free to use and you are entitled to 3 app conversions. So we count on your support to use the platform, give us your constructive feedback, eventually help us build something you will love.
If you like what we do, please help on getting us promoted on Product Hunt at Product Hunt.
