MyAppConverter Public Beta Day 3
Yesterday was very busy with more than 50 iOS app submitted for conversion. It’s fantastic to see people from Europe, China, Australia, India, Africa and USA logging in and using the platform to get their native iOS code converted to native Android. We are thrilled by this and are working around the clock to answer all queries and provide help and support for the members.
We know some of you experienced issues during the conversion process, these are being resolved and we’re also taking into account all of your suggestions for improvement. This public beta is a great opportunity for us to learn from your feedback and to focus on what will make MyAppConverter a better product you will love to use.
As for the frameworks not yet covered, we are listening to your queries and will be mapping them as per member’s requests.
If you have not used the platform yet, here’s a short recap below of some useful tips for a successful conversion:
The name of the compressed file should be the same as the iOS project
Please make sure your iOS code successfully compiles before you submit for conversion on the Xcode platform
The uploaded project should contain all third party frameworks and libraries used in your code (e.g., Facebook SDK, twitter,…)
It may take some time for the conversion analysis phase to complete, so please be patient until this process finishes, and move to the next step.
The overall compressed uploaded iOS project size should not exceed 20 MB including any media files, etc…
Currently, we support a limited set of frameworks but we are continuously increasing our coverage
Remember it’s free to use and you are entitled to 3 app conversions. If you need more conversion points, please let us know at [email protected].
We count on your support to use the platform and to give us your feedback to help us build a great service.
If you like what we do, please help on getting us promoted on Product Hunt.
